I Am Here

This is a view of the Bosque (wooded area fed by the Rio Grande in our desert), seen from the La Luz neighborhood. On this incredible day light, shadows, colors, textures and a hard-to-describe feeling in the air all came together to say “welcome to church” (at least my preferred version of church). I’ve put this painting on my calling card to declare myself a consultant, coach and artist; and to celebrate that magic when things unfold to support one’s self-becoming. The name for this piece is perhaps a bit sentimental, my attempt at the double meaning.
