Bathed in Light

This is the most “painted” room in our house. It is a serene space where my family gather to read, talk and be with our thoughts. I love the way light pours through the windows and animate all the surfaces. This floral centerpiece spoke to me. Painting this piece helped to put spark back into my life after a period of mourning and self doubt.
